The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has said that approximately 17,000 missing-person cases remain under active tracing in Nigeria. Many of these cases are linked to years of conflict and displacement across the country. The ICRC continues its efforts to locate missing individuals and provide support to their families.
