Jeanelle Johnson, managing partner of PwC in the Washington DC area, said clients now expect some consulting work to be delivered in half the time compared to a year ago. She noted that this expectation is particularly for pilots and proofs of concepts, not necessarily entire transformations. Johnson emphasized that faster delivery should not be confused with less work. The shift is attributed to AI raising clients' expectations for quicker outcomes from professional services firms.
