President Bola Ahmed Tinubu secured commitments from French billionaire Vincent Bolloré and executives of the Bolloré Group to expand investments in Nigeria’s entertainment, media, and digital sectors. The meeting took place on Friday, September 18, 2026, during Tinubu’s working visit to France. The Bolloré Group, which holds stakes in Canal+, MultiChoice, and Universal Music Group, confirmed plans to deepen operations in Nigeria. Tinubu urged the conglomerate to anchor more production processes in Nigeria to create employment and business opportunities for youth.
