The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) organized a specialized refresher training for its canine unit personnel at its facility in Lagos, in collaboration with the German Bundeskriminalamt (BKA). Two German technical dog-handling experts, Mr Andreas Roscher and Ms Jacqueline Shüler, facilitated the training aimed at enhancing narcotics detection and canine deployment. Eleven NDLEA personnel, including the unit commander, two veterinary doctors, and eight dog handlers, participated alongside their service dogs, as did five additional officers from Lagos commands.
