The Delta State Government, through the Office of the Head of Service, organized a two-day capacity-building workshop on hospitality, tourism, quality assurance, and VIP management. The workshop, held in Asaba, was themed 'Strengthening Hospitality and Tourism Capacity in Public Service: Standards, Supervision and VIP Hosting.' It aimed to develop common standards and strengthen the capacity of personnel responsible for official engagements, inspection, and event management. The Head of Service, Dr. Mrs. Mininim Oseji, declared the workshop open, emphasizing its importance for improving service delivery.
