Isma'il Ishaq Magaji, a 400-level student of Public Administration at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai, has died after being hit by a stray bullet. The incident occurred during a land dispute in his hometown of Wawa, Borgu Local Government Area of Niger State. The university's Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Mohammed Sulaiman, expressed condolences to the family and described the loss as distressing to the entire university community.
