In a statement, the commission described the claims as unfounded and driven by commercial interests. NAHCON said the allegations were intended to distract from the failure of some operators to meet regulatory requirements, timelines, and digital upload obligations set by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. The commission also questioned the credibility of the sources, noting that the allegations were attributed to unnamed individuals described as 'Concerned Private Travel Operators'.
