NMDPRA Opens Channels To Report Exploitative Fuel Pricing, Under-dispensing

The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) has clarified that it does not fix petrol pump prices under the Petroleum Industry Act 2021. This statement follows concerns raised by the Nigeria Labour Congress over recent price increases, with petrol selling at about N1,430 per litre in major cities.
