Ademola Lookman has stated that the Super Eagles are determined to start their 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign on a positive note. Eric Chelle's side will begin with a home fixture against Madagascar at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, next week Thursday, before traveling to Bissau to face Guinea-Bissau on Tuesday, 29 September. Lookman acknowledged that both opponents will be difficult but insisted Nigeria will do everything possible to secure maximum points. He said the team is eager to win both games and will do everything they can to achieve it.
