He spoke at the unveiling of the company's latest initiative, attended by industry stakeholders. Idowu noted that the increasing demand for land and housing has attracted unscrupulous individuals, undermining credibility and exposing investors to risks. He said buyers are now more concerned about trustworthiness than just price.
