Whitney Stefko Dover, a director and senior counsel at Ford, had previously created a bespoke Claude assistant named Claudette to manage her family’s schedules and tasks. The agent, which produced a daily briefing called the “Daily Dover,” was put on a performance improvement plan. An OpenAI agent has now assumed its responsibilities. Dover described the switch as part of the constant iteration involved in being a user.
