Nigeria’s edible oil tanker drivers threaten strike from Sept. 22

The National Union of Edible Oil Tanker Drivers of Nigeria has threatened to begin a strike on September 22. The union cites interference in its operations by the Petroleum Tanker Drivers branch of the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers. The General Secretary of the edible oil tanker drivers' union, Tajudeen Usman, announced the planned action.
