The Federal Road Safety Corps has disowned a viral recruitment notice circulating on social media that directed applicants who were not shortlisted or did not receive invitation messages to report to the nearest FRSC camp for verification. In a statement, the Corps said the notice was fake and unauthorised, adding that no directive had been issued for applicants to report to any office, camp or training institution on or before September 25, 2026. It advised applicants in the 2026 recruitment exercise to rely only on official communication channels. The FRSC also warned against making payments, sharing personal information or clicking links from unauthorised persons claiming to facilitate recruitment.
