Orbih Was Courageous, Kindhearted Party Loyalist, Says Imansuaghon

A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and former Edo State governorship aspirant, Barrister Kenneth Imansuaghon, has described the late Chief Dan Osi Orbih as a courageous, compassionate, and loyal politician whose death has left a deep vacuum in Edo State's political landscape. In an emotion-laden statement, Imansuaghon said he received the news of Orbih's passing with shock and sadness, recalling that the former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) national leader was not only a consummate politician but also a kindhearted man whose generosity touched many lives, especially during moments of adversity. Imansuaghon, popularly known as the 'Riceman', said one of the greatest acts of kindness he would never forget was Orbih's support after he was involved in an accident and was receiving treatment at a hospital in London. He also recalled that during the administration of former Governor Adams Oshiomhole, he and Orbih jointly led the opposition.
