Chris Aligbe, former General Manager of Public Affairs at Nigerian Airways, has called on the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) to establish a research and development unit. He said the absence of such a unit has led to poor policy decisions in route planning, airline operations, and revenue generation. Aligbe spoke at the 30th Annual Conference of the League of Airport and Aviation Correspondents in Lagos.
