A dispute has arisen among Chinese business partners over the control of a Nigerian company. Majority shareholders, who collectively own 65 per cent of the company, are in conflict with minority shareholder Chen Dongfeng, who holds about eight per cent equity. The majority shareholders allege that Dongfeng has assumed effective control of the business.
