Tinubu’s UNGA absence: Nigeria adequately represented with Shettima-led delegation — Envoy

Nigeria's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Jimoh Ibrahim, has stated that more than 60 per cent of those listed to speak at the ongoing 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly are being represented by either their vice presidents or foreign ministers. He made the remark in response to President Bola Tinubu's absence from the session. The envoy said Nigeria is adequately represented by the delegation led by Vice President Kashim Shettima.
