Yobe ADC candidate: I’ll govern Yobe from Damaturu, not Abuja

Barrister Kasim Gana Gaidam, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate in Yobe State, has pledged to govern the state from Damaturu if elected in 2027. He made this commitment during the inauguration of the party's Unified Campaign Council and the commissioning of its new state secretariat in Damaturu. Gaidam emphasized that he would remain physically present in Yobe and ensure his administration is accessible to people across the state. He also stated that his campaign would focus on youth participation, voter education, and awareness, urging young people to actively engage in the electoral process and protect their votes.
