The Osun State chapter of the Accord Party has raised an alarm over an alleged plot to reignite violence in motor parks across the state. The party called on the Inspector-General of Police, Tunji Disu, to intervene urgently. It alleged that the factional National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) leadership crisis could be exploited to cause unrest. The party urged the police to act now to prevent any breakdown of law and order.
