Former Anambra State Governor and National Democratic Congress presidential candidate Peter Obi said he and his running mate, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, held a town hall meeting in Kaduna to engage directly with citizens on Nigeria's challenges. Obi disclosed this in a Facebook post, noting the meeting was organised by the party as part of its series of citizen engagements. He said the Kaduna event followed a similar engagement recently held in Port Harcourt. Obi added that he attended with Kwankwaso and other party candidates after visiting the Sheikh Muhammad Sambo Memorial Islamic Institute in Rigachikun, Kaduna, and that the engagement allowed the leaders to listen to citizens' concerns, answer questions and receive contributions on critical national issues.
