The Federal Government has completed the payment of N18.96 billion in Back-End Computation (BEC) arrears to eligible pensioners of the defunct Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN). This was disclosed by Oyedele. The payment fulfills a longstanding obligation to the pensioners.
