The Benin-Asaba Expressway Concession Company Limited has announced the appointment of Dr. Emmanuel Onwodi as its Chief Operating Officer. Onwodi is a renowned public-private partnership and infrastructure specialist, a chartered accountant and a former senior official of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission, with more than 25 years of professional experience. In his new role, he will help drive operational execution of the Benin-Asaba Expressway concession, with responsibility for strengthening project delivery, coordinating key stakeholders and supporting the implementation of the company's long-term objectives. The appointment strengthens the company's executive leadership as it advances development and management of the critical highway corridor.
