Comrade Isaiah Benjamin, President of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), commended Mr. Igoche Mark, initiator of the Mark D' Ball Basketball Championship, for his contributions to basketball development in Nigeria. During a courtesy visit in Abuja, Benjamin led members of the National Executive Committee to meet Mark and praised his investments in the sport. He stated that Mark's track record qualifies him to lead basketball in the country and expressed SWAN's commitment as partners in progress and watchdogs of society.
