Joy Ugonma Olayiwola, an Assistant Director at the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA) in Abuja, has been named the recipient of the 2026 Aig-Imoukhuede Master in Public Policy (MPP) Scholarship at the University of Oxford. The scholarship, awarded by the Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation, will allow her to pursue a Master of Public Policy at Oxford's Blavatnik School of Government. Olayiwola, an alumna of the Foundation's Public Leaders Programme, has over 17 years of public service experience and expertise in digital systems, data-driven solutions, and institutional capacity development. She also leads the Smart Geospatial and ICT Unit at GeoApps Plus Limited. Established in 2017, the scholarship supports exceptional Nigerian public servants, and with Olayiwola's selection, the Foundation said 34 Nigerian public servants have benefited.
