Operatives of the Edo State Police Command have arrested Nicholas Nusa, a 50-year-old self-acclaimed prophet and overseer of Divine Grace Church, over the alleged abduction of five female children in the state. Nusa, who operates the church along Imoga Road, Ibillo, in Akoko-Edo Local Government Area, is also accused of impregnating one of the girls, aged 15. The police said the pregnant girl is receiving medical care at a hospital after undergoing a Caesarean section and is in the care of the Brave Heart Organisation. The suspect allegedly abducted the children from Ibillo and Imoga communities, and the command's spokesperson, Eno Ikoedem, said Nusa confessed to the offences during investigation.
