The National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) has provided tailoring equipment to 100 youths from Gaya, Ajingi, and Albasu local government areas of Kano State. The beneficiaries received the equipment after completing a six-week intensive training programme in tailoring. At the closing ceremony in Gaya, NASENI Executive Vice Chairman Khalil Halilu, represented by Director of Finance Muhammad Al-Hassan, stated that the initiative was designed to equip young people with practical skills for self-reliance. Halilu added that the programme included both theoretical and practical training as well as start-up materials to enable the beneficiaries to begin their businesses immediately.
