The APC Presidential Campaign Council has asked former Vice President Atiku Abubakar to explain his fuel subsidy plan. The council said Atiku's proposal raises questions about how government support to domestic refiners would translate into lower pump prices under the existing petroleum-sector framework. The call comes ahead of the 2027 general elections.
