ABUMET, a glass and aluminium solutions company, equipped Race Course Model Primary School in Kano with a modern ICT centre to improve digital education access. The centre, part of the company's CSR programme, includes 24 desktop computers, solar-powered electricity infrastructure, and new classroom furniture. During the presentation, ABUMET General Manager Diemo Schillack said the project aimed to bridge the digital divide and equip children with skills for a technology-driven society. Schillack noted that early exposure to technology could influence educational development and open future career opportunities.
