The Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Prince Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), organized a two-day medical and surgical outreach for 1,500 indigent persons in Ijagbo, Oyun local government area of Kwara State. The programme was tagged "Ijagbo Descendants Union (IDU), Medico-Surgical Outreach 2026." Fagbemi stressed the need to bring healthcare services closer to the grassroots and called for sustained investment in primary healthcare. He said the initiative was designed to complement the federal government's Renewed Hope Health Agenda of President Ahmed Tinubu.
