Nine people were killed in communities in Barkin Ladi, Riyom and surrounding areas of Plateau State between Saturday night and Sunday morning, according to community sources. Troops have arrested 11 suspects in connection with the killings. The fresh attacks add to ongoing security concerns in the region. Authorities have not yet released further details on the incidents.
