The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) has cleared a truck carrying two 20-foot containers that tilted and obstructed about 80 percent of the roadway at National-Ashade, Lagos. The incident occurred at about 11:21 pm on Sunday when the MACK truck broke down while attempting a U-turn. LASEMA responded to the obstruction on Monday.
