The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Jigawa State has arrested a 35-year-old man, Rayyanu Ibrahim, for allegedly vandalising and stealing armoured cables at a water station in Birnin Ku. The arrest was made as part of the corps' efforts to protect critical infrastructure. The suspect is expected to be charged to court upon completion of investigations.
