The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has opposed the planned concession of King's College and other Unity Colleges. NLC President Joe Ajaero said the government should preserve the colleges while ensuring adequate funding and effective management. He emphasized that the schools should continue contributing to national development. The NLC's position was made public in a statement.
