Troops of Sector 2, Joint Task Force North West (Operation FANSAN YAMMA), have foiled terrorist attacks in Sokoto State. During separate operations, the troops rescued 23 kidnapped victims and arrested four suspected members of the Lakurawa terrorist group. The operations were confirmed in a statement made available to newsmen in Abuja on Monday.
