Amazon has blocked Meta's Muse AI agent from shopping on its website for users. Users who attempt to use Muse on Amazon see a warning that 'continued access by an unauthorized AI agent' violates the retailer's conditions of use. An Amazon spokesperson said the company has requested that Meta remove its marketplace from Muse. The block shows that even a widely used personal agent cannot assume all of the internet is open for business.
