The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority has directed Air Peace to come up with a compensation package for Lagos-Enugu passengers whose flight was disrupted. The directive followed a complaint lodged by human rights lawyer Inibehe Effiong with the Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection at the NCAA, Michael Achimugu. Effiong, who was scheduled to travel on the 6:45 am flight, said the disruption affected his scheduled court appearance in Enugu State.
