Amazon has blocked Meta Platforms' new Muse personal agent from accessing its shopping site, an action that came to light on Sunday night. The block prompted Palo Alto Networks CEO Nikesh Arora to post on X that the episode signals a bigger battle than anyone anticipates. This move by Amazon is reminiscent of its blocking of Perplexity's agent, which led to an ongoing lawsuit. Arora predicted that eventually everyone from Apple to Google and AI firms will offer similar personal agents.
