Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has disclosed that 63 people were kidnapped from the Dakera Friday Mosque mass abduction, not 500 as claimed on social media. He said three of the abducted were killed and 14 were released. The governor made the disclosure while receiving former Governor Abubakar Sani Bello, who commiserated with the government over the death of 37 artisanal miners in NSCDC custody.
