NSITF Operations Now Digitalized, Says Faleye

The Managing Director of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), Mr. Oluwaseun Faleye, has stated that the Fund is transitioning from manual, top-heavy operations to a more digital, efficient, and accountable institution over the past two years. Faleye made this known on Monday when he received the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, Dr. Kamil A. Shoretire, at the NSITF Headquarters in Abuja. He noted that when the current management assumed office in July 2024, it inherited an institution with significant reliance on manual processes, a management structure heavily concentrated at the top, career stagnation, and gaps in the deployment of people and resources.
