APC Presidential Campaign Council Meets Ulama In Kano

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council, led by Director-General Senator AbdulAziz Yari, has adopted town hall meetings with Nigerians and religious leaders as the first step to unveil President Bola Tinubu's second-term campaign. In Kano, Yari met with the African leader of the Qadiriyya sect, Sheikh Qaribullah Nasiru Kabara, to seek blessings and spiritual guidance. Yari said the council chose town hall engagements to hear directly from Nigerians and understand their needs. The council had previously visited Bauchi, Jos, and Kaduna for similar meetings.
