WSCIJ hails PRNigeria for sustaining Young Communication Fellowship beyond grant funding

The Wole Soyinka Centre for Investigative Journalism (WSCIJ) has commended PRNigeria for sustaining its Young Communication Fellowship for three consecutive years despite the end of grant funding. WSCIJ Executive Director Motunrayo Alaka praised the initiative during the closing ceremony of the Ilorin cohort of the 2026 fellowship. She noted that WSCIJ supported the fellowship at its inception through the Collaborative Media Project with a MacArthur Foundation grant. The fellowship continues at centres in Abuja, Kano, and Kwara States.
