The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, has promoted four high chiefs in the Balogun Chieftaincy Line. Among those elevated is Sarafadeen Abiodun Alli, the Oyo State APC gubernatorial candidate. The promotions are part of traditional chieftaincy rites in Ibadan.
