The Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Prince Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, has described the ruling of the International Chamber of Commerce Arbitral Tribunal in Paris as a victory for Nigeria. The tribunal rejected in its entirety a $400 million claim brought against the Federal Republic of Nigeria by Sunrise Power and Transmission Company Limited and its affiliates. Fagbemi made the remark on Tuesday while reacting to the development.
