Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru of Ebonyi State has initiated the revival of a 60-year-old abandoned veterinary centre in Izhianmbo. The project is expected to create 2,000 jobs and address contemporary veterinary education, health, and agricultural needs. Nwifuru disclosed this during an inspection of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES) Centre. The revival aims to enhance livestock productivity and resilience in the state.
