The Federal High Court in Abuja has reserved ruling on a no-case submission filed by former Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai. El-Rufai is standing trial over the alleged unlawful interception of telephone communication of the National Security Adviser, Malam Nuhu Ribadu. The court fixed 26 October to deliver its ruling on the submission. Both the prosecution and defence presented their arguments during Tuesday's proceedings.
