Alleged phone-tapping: Court sets date for ruling in El-Rufai’s No-Case Submission

A court has set a date for ruling on a no-case submission filed by former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai. El-Rufai is being prosecuted on allegations bordering on breach of national security.
