Taraba State Commissioner for Tertiary Education, Dr Mike Dio Jen, has taken legal action against Mr Abdulmumuni Imam, a staff member of the state university and a social media activist, over alleged defamation of character. Dr Dio Jen has approached the court to compel Mr Imam to provide proof [of the allegations]. The case is reportedly linked to claims made against the commissioner's person.
