Ande, a New York-based startup founded nearly three years ago, has raised more than $52 million in seed and Series A funding from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Duration Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and Bain Capital Ventures. The company uses AI agents to help businesses arrange corporate entertainment events, including group dining, catering, and sporting events, handling tasks from venue booking to expense processing. CEO Lohit Sarma said customers include Cloudflare, Salesforce, and McGraw Hill. The startup aims to simplify corporate event planning through AI, similar to personal AI agents for consumer bookings.
