Oracle has laid off over 500 US employees from its cloud infrastructure division, according to documents obtained by Business Insider. The cuts, which began last week, affected managers, engineers, software developers, and data center support workers. A leaked document showed the job titles and ages of 546 employees in Oracle's America Cloud Infrastructure organization who were laid off. The layoffs come as Oracle continues to cut costs amid an expensive AI infrastructure push.
