Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has refuted claims by FCT Minister Nyesom Wike that the Federal Government provided N50 billion for the Ibadan airport upgrade. Makinde said the project is not funded by the Federal Government. The dispute centres on the funding of the airport project.
